• Provide technical support throughout the planning and implementation process, i.e. issues relative to construction, pre-ordering, permits, labour relations, bonding, insurance, etc.
  • Scheduling: Development of critical path for interfacing of all disciplines and all phases of the project.
  • Budgeting: Analysis of requirements, preparation of preliminary budget, presentation, and monitoring of actual overall project costs.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the design efforts and the entire project team including provisioning of telephone and data systems to ensure production of accurate, well-planned documentation that reflects client and site requirements.
  • Communications: Interfacing with client and project team, chair all site meetings, prepare minutes, etc.
  • Ensure the construction documents are tendered to pre-qualified subcontractors.
  • Analyzing the tender responses and making recommendations regarding successful bidders.
  • Provide all administrative and office support to manage all contractual and financial agreements with sub-trades on behalf of client.
  • Oversee the construction of the facility to ensure adherence to details, quality standards, schedules, and cost controls (does not include direct labour, i.e. site supervisor and carpentry personnel).
