Provide technical support throughout the planning and implementation process, i.e. issues relative to construction, pre-ordering, permits, labour relations, bonding, insurance, etc.
Scheduling: Development of critical path for interfacing of all disciplines and all phases of the project.
Budgeting: Analysis of requirements, preparation of preliminary budget, presentation, and monitoring of actual overall project costs.
Coordination: Coordinate with the design efforts and the entire project team including provisioning of telephone and data systems to ensure production of accurate, well-planned documentation that reflects client and site requirements.
Communications: Interfacing with client and project team, chair all site meetings, prepare minutes, etc.
Ensure the construction documents are tendered to pre-qualified subcontractors.
Analyzing the tender responses and making recommendations regarding successful bidders.
Provide all administrative and office support to manage all contractual and financial agreements with sub-trades on behalf of client.
Oversee the construction of the facility to ensure adherence to details, quality standards, schedules, and cost controls (does not include direct labour, i.e. site supervisor and carpentry personnel).
