Insight Global is now located in approximately 12,000 square feet of office space in Toronto’s FCP. Prior to their current workplace, we had the pleasure of working with Insight Global o help create their offices at 181 University Ave.
Insight Global is an international Consulting firm specializing in finding talented people for the technology industry. They have driven incredible growth from their global headquarters in Atlanta during the last several years. We have worked with their US design, project management staff, and their Canadian Leasing team during the initial location finding phase. We provided test fits, technical reviews, project budget,s and timelines associated with each potential office space being considered. As a result, Insight Global was able to, not only to save significantly in travel expenses, but more importantly, save them valuable time needed to continue to drive their growth plan throughout North America.
With Insight Global’s mandate to continue through the planning and build phases, we carried on to assemble local architectural and engineering consultants. Documentation and working drawings that reflected all requirements and standards were prepared by our local team and served as the basis for permit applications and an aggressive subcontractor tendering process.
The project was completed within the timeline and cost commitments we had made in the early stages of the project. We are proud of our work and appreciative of the fact that Inisht Global acknowledged our service and commitment to their goals by, once again, selecting us as their Project/Construction Managers.
