As Give & Go’s construction managers, Dunpar remodelled an industrial building with 26-ft ceiling spaces, to incorporate fully-functional testing and R&D kitchen facilities, complete with walk-in refrigerators and baking ovens. Facilities also included training and educational conference areas and a media-production room. All major HVAC, electrical, and lighting infrastructure were replaced to improve energy efficiencies and reliability.
