• The restoration of a 20th-century designated heritage building in the centre of Toronto’s downtown financial district, resulting in an ARIDO Award of Recognition and an Award of Excellence from Heritage Toronto/City of Toronto.
• The fitting of a motion capture room, for one of the world’s most well-known video game creators. The “MOCAP” room was equipped with state-of-the-art motion and audio capturing devices.
• The transformation of an existing, mature building into an environmentally-sound laboratory, complete with enhanced chemical storage solutions, for a sustainable technology solutions company.
• The move of an anchor tenant from 66 Wellington St. W., to an anchor tenant at 81 Bay St., during one of the most difficult times in history (worldwide pandemic) to construct, all the while hitting major budget and timeline restrictions.
